2020 - Now

As a Designer, I map out customer touchpoints and operations, understand customer needs and the product's market position, meet customer and business goals through flow mapping, shape the product's information architecture, develop and test wireframes and prototypes, design and test the UI, and construct designs systems, and work with developers or code it myself.

As a front-end and low/no-code developer I build websites primarily in webflow, writing javascript for custom functionality and integrating other systems.

My backend experience has recently grown into using Xano for constructing databases, custom endpoints, and backend logic.

As a Managed Services Provider, I handle a range of responsibilities, from network installations and tech support to building computers. I manage user accounts and systems and proactively monitor client systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
